Services Description

GoodVibes Somerville Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties in and surrounding areas. Our services include driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, decorative concrete, and related concrete work.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information you provide and the conditions we observe during our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was originally assessed or if you request changes to the project scope.

A deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount will be specified in your written quote and is non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

We will provide you with an estimated timeline for your project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work with you to adjust schedules as needed.

You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and free from obstructions on the scheduled start date. If access is not available, we reserve the right to reschedule the project, and additional fees may apply.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your written contract. We typically require a deposit upfront with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms will be specified in your written contract and typically cover defects in workmanship for a specified period. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by natural settling, improper maintenance, extreme weather events, or modifications made by others.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work.

Property Access and Safety

By hiring us, you grant us access to your property for the duration of the project. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but you should remove or protect any items of value in the work area. You are responsible for keeping children and pets away from the work site during construction.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee. Once work has begun or materials have been ordered, deposits are non-refundable.

Permits and Compliance

We will advise you if permits are required for your project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local regulations. We will work with you to provide any documentation needed for permit applications.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work or services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
